Refund and Returns Policy

At Navarro Irons, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Given the specialized nature of our tattoo machines, we apply the following conditions:

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, or documentation included.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of tattoo machines if they have been opened or used.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.
  • If the return complies with our policy, we will process a refund to your original payment method. This process may take up to 14 business days.
  • Refunds do not include initial shipping costs, unless the product was defective or the return is due to our error.

Exceptions

  • Custom-made products or those made to customer specifications are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
  • If the product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return request.
  2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Once we receive the product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Products outside the 14-day return window.
